"The only alternative for me was to work at home, and since I have a young child at home, that wasn’t really an option. It’s good just to have other people to socialize with…. You get caught up in your house, and it gets a little lonely. Having an office here allows you to focus and say, “Here’s where I work.” When I was working out of my home, I was working non-stop. I couldn’t separate the two.

Price was the first consideration, then location… it’s close to the city, but not inside the city, so there are no city taxes. It’s also nice to have access to copiers and administrative assistants that can send out packages and marketing materials, to have a place to eat lunch, have coffee and have meetings in the conference room.
